JAY MEITCHIK Sales Manager Shopping Centers & Office Buildings Delray Office JAY@FITZGERALDGROUP.COM Jay Meitchik has joined The Fitzgerald Group, Inc. as sales manager for both the Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton office. Jay is responsible for managing all aspects of the sales force, along with sharing his input to produce successful marketing projects. Prior to joining The Fitzgerald Group, Mr. Meitchik made his mark in Commercial Real Estate specializing in business brokerage along with sales and leasing of office and retail. Jay joins the team with over 19 years of experience in representing both tenants and landlords in South Florida. Recently, he was Director of Leasing and Property Operations Manager for a real estate development company, managing eleven properties with just under one million square feet of space. Mr. Meitchik grew up and went to school in NY majoring in business management and relocated to Florida in 1988.
