Originally from Steubenville, Ohio, Kimberly has had a 30 year relationship with Fort Lauderdale and finally relocated here permanently in 2002 from the Youngstown area where she leased and managed medical office space for ten years. Since arriving in South Florida, Kimberly has invested in, leased and managed income properties. Kimberly is also an entrepreneur; along with her husband, she owns a retail business currently located in Fort Lauderdale with a previous location in Mizner Park, Boca Raton. Kimberly therefore has had considerable experience with market positioning, lease negotiations, and build-out oversight. Kimberly is a graduate of Ohio University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Administration. After graduation, she studied economics at Ohio State University and paralegal studies with a focus on real estate law at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. She has held a Real Estate license with the State of Florida for many years and has been a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale. Kimberly specializes in professional office space sales and leasing representing both landlords and tenants in the Fort Lauderdale area.
